World Fitness Project, CopenhagenDecember 18–21, 2025
This December, Kriger Training is heading to Copenhagen for the World Fitness Project Final – one of the rare chances to see the world’s best CrossFit athletes live in action in Europe. The event is the final after two qualification stages, where the top 30 athletes battle for 20 Pro Cards and the title of season champion.
Kriger Training is proud to have three athletes already qualified: Andrea Solberg, Oda Lundekvam, and Vår Thurman Moe. On top of that, Tola Moraqinyo is currently sitting just outside qualification in 31st place, ready to step in if a spot opens. Alongside them, four Kriger Teams will compete in the Team Elite Division.
We are bringing a large Kriger crew to Copenhagen – and we want you to join us for a unique mix of training camp and spectator experience.
Training Schedule
- Thursday evening: 1 training session
- Friday: 2 training sessions + morning run (06:00)
- Saturday: 2 training sessions + morning run (06:00)
- Sunday: 1 training session + morning run (06:00)
The sessions will include a mix of:
- Gymnastics workshops
- Weightlifting workshops
- High-quality conditioning
- Classic Kriger Metcons
The training sessions will take place directly at the competition arena, giving you the chance to practice transitions and workouts in the same environment as the athletes on the floor. We are even doing one of the workouts to be completed on the main competition floor.

Spectator Experience
As part of the camp, you will have access to our exclusive Kriger seating section at the arena to watch the finals. Together we will support our athletes and teams while experiencing the energy of world-class competition up close.
Tickets (Camp and Spectator Tickets included)
- 4-Day Ticket (Thu–Sun): 279 Euro
- 2-Day Ticket (Sat–Sun): 229 Euro
Each ticket includes:
- Full spectator access to the World Fitness Project finals
- 6 training sessions with Kriger Training
- 3 morning runs with Kriger Training
- Access to all activations
Based on the form the demand seems to be high in this camp. We will open up for 40 tickets in round 1. And we will release them Sunday 21st of September at 12:00
