Rest 90 sec

WOD:

Partner Amrap 30 min:
8 Shuttle Runs (2*7.5 m)

40 DB Snatches 1*22.5/15 kg (50/35 lbs)
120 Double Unders

Post WOD:

EMOM 10 min:
Odd: 15 sec Hollow Hold + 10 V-Ups
Even: 15 sec Superman Hold + 10 Superman Rock
