Straight into:

1, 20 sec Ring Support+20 sec Deep Ring Support
2, 10/10 SA DB Bent Over Row (RIR 2)
B, EMOM 18 min:
1, 45 sec Max Cal Erg
2, 45 sec Max BF Burpees

Post WOD:

60 min Zone 1-2 on Optional Erg/Run
